Basing youth sector recovery on young people’s priorities

We are really pleased to be working in partnership with the National Lottery Community Fund to continue our work ensuring that  young people’s voices are heard in matters that affect them.

Thanks to National Lottery players, The National Lottery Community Fund has awarded funding to the Blagrave Trust to support communities through the COVID-19 crisis to further realise equality, diversity and inclusion ambitions locally. Funding will support our new grants programme called Restart Youth.

Restart Youth will ensure that young people are actively reshaping and influencing shape of youth services in the South East in the aftermath of Covid 19. The aim is that restart and recovery in the youth sector in the region is planned from the outset on the basis of young people’s priorities.

The initial stages of funding are being opened to a small number of organisations to apply, as we further develop our thinking about impact, but there will be further iterations of funding in 2021. If you would like to be kept informed about future opportunities, please email us at grants@blagravetrust.org to be added to our mailing list.
