Who we are?

Who we are?

A funder, we seek to bring lasting change to the lives of the most disadvantaged young people aged 14-25 to enable a positive transition to adulthood. We build partnerships with organisations who put young people at the centre of their work. We believe that trusting relationships, and learning through listening and responding to feedback, are essential components of social change.  We try to model these values in the way we work with our funding partners.

What we do?

What we do?

We provide unrestricted multi-year funding to exceptional youth charities.   We are particularly interested in initiatives that give young people a meaningful voice within the organisations that serve them, in their communities, and nationally.   We support knowledge exchange, collaboration and learning through convening events that bring our partners together, making space for reflection and networking.

Where we work?

Where we work?

We work primarily in Berkshire, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, Sussex and Wiltshire – supporting charities that are rooted in those communities.   We are committed to ensuring that at least 50% of our funding goes to the poorest areas within the region.  Occasionally we fund national charities that have a unique role to fill supporting the sector or influencing policy.
