The Blagrave Trust is committed to building a workplace where everyone feels welcome, valued and able to be themselves. We want our team to reflect a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, and we know that diversity makes us stronger and better at the work we do.
As part of this commitment, we run an annual diversity monitoring survey for our trustees, employees and advisers. We know this is only one small part of a much bigger conversation about equity and inclusion, but it helps us understand who we are as an organisation and where we need to keep improving.
This is our fourth year of collecting this information. The survey asks about a range of characteristics, including age, disability and health conditions, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and whether people identify as having lived experience of the young people we serve.
Below, you can find the results of our 2025 DEI survey.
