Grants for young people to learn a craft

Blagrave partner QEST funds the education of talented and aspiring craftspeople. They provide scholarship & apprenticeship grants of up to £18,000 for craftspeople who intend to undertake a specific course of training. Their grants support scholarships of up to a year, and apprenticeships of three years.

If you are a craft professional, or if you are en route to becoming one, and if you’re over the age of 17 and intending to practice your craft professionally in the UK, you can apply. Applicants may apply for any craft—traditional or modern—so long as you achieve the standard of excellence QEST are striving to promote. The application procedure is simple, but applications opened on 8th January and close on 10th February so be quick!
