In affirming the value of inclusion we are building a culture that actively invites the contribution and participation of a variety of young people. We believe every person’s voice adds value, and we strive to create balance in the face of power differences. There is always more we can and should be doing. Our DEI policy sets out our aspirations to centre who we are here to serve at all levels of our organisation.
