Fair salary –  We aim to pay in line with similar organisations. We have a fair, equitable and transparent pay policy which is competitive within the sector. We have clear salary bands. We advertise the salary on all of our role adverts. As a Living Wage employer, we always pay the Real Living Wage as a minimum.

Pension – All eligible employees are automatically enrolled in our pension scheme in their first payroll (with the right to opt out). As an employer, we contribute 5% of your salary to your pension.
