Individual learning and development plans – Individual learning and development plan catered to individual needs that may include mentoring, coaching, internal or external training and access to bitesize e-learning platform.

Organisational learning and development – Every year, we go on a learning and development journey as a team. Topics covered in the past include anti-oppressive practice, budgeting for non-financial managers, understanding youth violence, and facilitation training.

Monthly team days – We come together monthly as team to strengthen team cohesion and enable us to grow and learn together. Team days can focus on learning, getting to know each other better or just something fun!
