Maternity / adoption leave and pay – From six months into employment, employees have the right to enhanced maternity / adoption pay. All employees from day 1 of employment are entitled to statutory maternity and adoption leave.
Paternity / adoption leave and pay – Employees have the right to enhanced paternity / adoption pay and leave from day 1 of employment.
Special leave – Up to 1 week paid leave to deal (pro-rata for part time employees) with urgent and exceptional domestic situation or personal crisis from six months into employment.
