Annual leave – 25 days annual leave, plus all England bank holidays. You will receive 1 additional days’ annual holiday for each completed year of service after 5 years up to a maximum annual leave entitlement of 30 days. In addition, Blagrave is closed between the 27th – 31st of December.
Flexible working – Blagrave’s core hours are from 10am – 3pm – beyond core hours, start and finish time can be agreed with the line manager. Part-time roles are available, and employees may request flexible working from day 1 of employment.
Hybrid working – The usual working pattern at Blagrave is 2 days from the office and the rest of the time working from home.
Remote working – Work up to 4 weeks per calendar year (maximum of two weeks at any one time) from another country.
Religious holiday exchange – Swap religious bank holidays for other religious celebration days.
