Amatullah joined Blagrave as Grants Officer in November 2023. Her main role will be to support the grants team in all stages of the grants making cycle, including support for administration and Blagrave’s programme of events.
Amatullah’s background includes managing an inclusive careers education programme at her university and volunteering for various charities and arts and culture institutions.
Amatullah has a passion for history, particularly in the history of colonialism and how this has impacted societies and institutions today. She is motivated by the significant potential young people have in creating change when their voices are amplified and centred.
