Karen is a social entrepreneur having founded several businesses including Absolute Alchemy, an events business that hosts and produces change maker events for planet and communities. She runs a speaker agency with a mission to amplify underrepresented voices and help to foster innovation and drive change. She is the founding Director of Wild Purpose that brings young people into nature through nature based immersive learning programmes.
Karen has a background in working for both a youth and prison charity in London and since leaving those organisations she has moved to Brighton and Hove and enjoys being near to the sea and the Downs and being able to spend time in Nature with family and friends.
