Ryan Dube is a 27-year-old Zimbabwean-born social entrepreneur from the northeast of England. He runs TRYBE—the Tees Republic of Young Black Empowerment—which supports young people from racially marginalized backgrounds in developing themselves through sports and the arts.

He became a Challenge & Change adviser to contribute to the groundbreaking work that Blagrave is doing—placing young people at the centre of decision-making in the pursuit of sustainable change. Too often, young people feel they have little autonomy over their own future, but Blagrave is demonstrating that this does not have to be the case. The organization is not only changing the game but also proving to others that what was once considered impossible is entirely achievable.

Blagrave has enabled a young Black, neurodivergent refugee care leaver like Ryan to make a meaningful impact in his community. He expresses gratitude to Blagrave and the Centre for Knowledge Equity for their commitment to empowering young people.
