Zamy is a multidisciplinary artist, youth support worker and art facilitator working across London, Brighton and wider Sussex. They have over 4 years of experience working in youth support and advocacy roles specialising in supporting LGBTQI+ people around mental health and health issues, neurodiversity, homelessness and domestic violence. They have also continuously practised anti-racism work in their various roles.
They are an advocate for racial justice and for disabled and neurodivergent people and trans & gender non-conforming people to be treated with respect and dignity. As a Blagrave adviser, they wish to bring their knowledge and dedication in uplifting young people and supporting them to lead fulfilling lives.
Zamy is also a musician spending their spare time playing the harp and the percussion instruments the caxixi & the Juju shaker.
