We’re seeking a Community Engagement Manager to lead Blagrave’s engagement across Portsmouth!
This role is pivotal to shaping our local programme, ensuring Blagrave is deeply connected with young people, community groups, grassroots organisations, local institutions and strategic partners across the city.
A core requirement for this role is deep knowledge of and connection to Portsmouth. We are explicitly looking for someone rooted in the city – through lived experience, local work, strong networks, or a proven track record of building trusted community relationships.
