Are you curious, collaborative and passionate about turning learning into meaningful change? Blagrave is looking for a Learning & Insights Manager to shape how we understand impact and embed reflective practice across our organisation.
In this role, you’ll lead our internal learning processes, translate stories and data into clear insights, and help us share what we’re learning with the wider youth and social justice sector. If you love making sense of complexity, creating thoughtful spaces for reflection, and supporting teams to learn and adapt, we’d love to hear from you.
