Birmingham

When developing our Leading with Hope strategy, we undertook extensive research and consultation to identify where long-term investment could have the greatest impact. Birmingham, and in particular the constituency of Ladywood, stood out as a place with a large and diverse population of young people, significant need, and, crucially, strong local organisations, networks and community leaders already working to support young people and create change.

We're relatively new to this incredible, diverse and buzzing city known as the Heart of England.  We're keen to take time to listen deeply to young people, their communities and the youth sector that sustains them, building trusting relationships so that we can invest alongside communities in what they know is needed most. 

As a relatively small organisation, we can't spread ourselves too thin.  We can't wait to get to know Brum and its brilliant communities better, but for now are taking our time until we have the capacity to follow up on any information we learn.
