We believe that when young people have the power, resources, networks and spaces they need, they can create meaningful, lasting change. In our three places, we fund and support young changemakers, ensuring they have the resources they need to grow their impact.

Challenge and Change

Offering £10,000 over twelve months to individuals, collectives and movements aged 18–25, Challenge and Change supports young people at the Act or Demonstrate stage of their changemaking journey.

Pathways Fund

Pathways Fund provides core, flexible funding to youth-led groups at the Grow stage of their journey, helping them strengthen their infrastructure, expand their reach and develop their leadership.

Stages of making change

In July 2024, we commissioned research to identify the different stages a young person might typically go through in their journey to achieving change. Their journey often isn't linear, and no two people's will look the same. But it's helped us to define the stages to better understand what support our partners need, and how we can best provide it at each stage.
