Pathways Fund

This fund provides core, flexible funding of £20,000–£30,000 per year for three years to youth-led groups. To date, twenty partners across multiple themes, issues, and regions have received funding and organisational support.

The programme supports the Grow stage of the changemaker journey; organisations that have demonstrated impact, built credibility, and now need time, trust and multi-year investment to strengthen their infrastructure, expand their reach and develop their leadership.

Support beyond funding

Alongside core funding, Pathways Fund offers a holistic support package, including:

  • Annual wellbeing and organisational development budgets of £1,000 each
  • Quarterly reflective check-ins with a dedicated youth-work trained Grants Manager
  • Specialist safeguarding support and compliance training
  • Annual meet-ups for shared learning and collaboration
  • Invitations to national gatherings designed to build wider networks and strengthen practice and expertise
