The programme supports the Grow stage of the changemaker journey; organisations that have demonstrated impact, built credibility, and now need time, trust and multi-year investment to strengthen their infrastructure, expand their reach and develop their leadership.
Pathways Fund
This fund provides core, flexible funding of £20,000–£30,000 per year for three years to youth-led groups. to date, twenty partners across a multiple themes, issues, and regions have received funding and a package of organisational support.
Support beyond funding
Alongside core funding, Pathways Fund offers a holistic support package, including:
- Annual wellbeing and organisational development budgets of £1,000 each
- Quarterly reflective check-ins with a dedicated youth-work trained Grants Manager
- Specialist safeguarding support and compliance training
- Annual meet-ups for shared learning and collaboration
- Invitations to national gatherings designed to build wider networks and strengthen practice and expertise
