Strengthen the youth sector

Our Regional Programme invests in youth organisations which support, elevate and empower young people facing or experiencing social injustice. All these organisations embed youth-leadership and have a lasting impact in communities based in Sussex, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. The Regional Programme closed to new applicants in September 2025 but we continue to support over forty partners until the end of their funding term and provide opportunities for peer-learning.

Challenge and Transform was conceived after research in 2023 highlighted a lack of funding and support for Black and racially minoritised led groups outside London. We provide funding, a flexible and supportive grant relationship, and additional support on fundraising and governance.

The Alliance is an intergenerational group of organisers and campaigners from across the UK hosted by the Civic Power Fund. The Alliance funds and connects groups and networks that provide the tools, knowledge and support for youth organising to flourish.
